Memphis Mafia has nothing incommon with organized crime. Elvis has always been surrounded by a group of friends. And some journalist seeing them in Las Vegas dressed all in dark suits and sunglasses called them Memphis Mafia. They did really looked like mafia: fancy suits, sunglasses, expensive cars, women, pale faces, cos they led a nightlife.
